Compliance with Sanctions:
Sophies does not process or ship orders to any country or individual subject to applicable international sanctions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Once a product is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• A 10 JOD return-to-warehouse fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Defective or damaged products are eligible for a free exchange, with shipping costs covered by Sophies.
• Certain personal care or hygiene items may not be eligible for return due to safety regulations.

6. Warranties

All products sold on Sophies are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable, and in accordance with the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team with proof of purchase for assistance with a replacement or repair.
