We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Business Days: Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
  • After your order has been dispatched, our team will coordinate with the courier to ensure timely delivery.

2. Shipping Within Jordan

We currently offer shipping across all regions within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the city or specific location.

3. Shipping to Palestine

We offer shipping to Palestine under the following conditions:

  • Flat Shipping Rate: 20 JOD per order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions, courier operations, and border clearance procedures.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs or border processes and public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders within Jordan with a total value exceeding 30 JOD.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5. Order Status and Tracking

At this time, Sophies does not provide a shipment tracking number.

However, customers can easily check the status or location of their orders by contacting our Customer Service Team, who will be happy to assist with the latest updates regarding the delivery.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sophies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier or logistics issues.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Weather conditions or force majeure events.
  • Customs or border clearance procedures (especially for shipments to Palestine).
  • Public holidays or peak seasons.

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
