At Sophies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved by our customer service team before sending any items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

If you wish to return a product that is not defective and has no manufacturing issues, the following conditions apply:

  • The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging.
  • A return-to-warehouse fee of 10 JOD will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed:

  • The product will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.
  • Sophies will cover all shipping and delivery costs associated with the exchange.
  • Customers may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Sale or promotional items, unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • For defective or damaged items, an exchange will be processed directly for the same item at no additional cost.
  • For non-defective items, customers may return the product according to the conditions above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be arranged through a mutually agreed method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases involving defective or incorrect items.
